Steren:Indeed PixelSnap is so useful.

A small error: students who worked on the Spray Tool are from Centrale Lyon (not Lyon Politechnique) (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89cole_centrale_de_Lyon ). It is not the same school that the one who hosted LGM.
Centrale Lyon brought LPE stacking/grouping 2 years ago and I hope will bring image links soon.

And then, I would like to sincerely thank you Alexandre for your dedication to the open-source graphics community. Your work is well polished and your reflexions very professional. Thanks a lot.

d_rylander:Apple Pro Res 422 video codec.

The format is pretty much a standard in the commercial video world where next to everyone runs machines with a little fruit on them.
On linux we can't even watch them...
It's a big hazzle to fire up windows in virtualbox just to watch/convert the little buggers.

It should be installable in quicktime which runs in wine.

Zelgadis:I thought that Adobe published SWF, not FLA.
Flash is very good candidate. I cannot guarantee that someone from Synfig developers will work on the fla->sif converter after it will be reverse engineered, but that could be a good push. ^_^
